Abbott is seeking an experienced AS&T Manager to lead Analytical Science & Technology across LATAM, based in Argentina. You will guide analytical support for lifecycle management, tech transfers, and regulatory compliance, serving as the regional SME for analytical sciences.

You will manage a regional team and the local Argentina MS&T group, driving harmonized practices, process improvements, and high-performance collaboration across Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field is required; MSc/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma with 5+ years in AS&T, MS&T, Quality, or analytical development.
• Experience supporting products through lifecycle, including tech transfers and regulatory submissions.
• Strong expertise in analytical methods, validation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with nitrosamine risk assessments and regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Proven leadership of technical projects and cross-functional teams across LATAM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel abroad as needed.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM sites.
• Coordinate product lifecycle support, tech transfers, and NPI within LATAM region.
• Lead compliance remediation and continuous improvement initiatives to stay GMP-ready.
• Direct regional AS&T team and local Argentina MS&T teams; set objectives and develop talent.
