Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant in Performance Analytics Advisors & Consulting Services to lead client engagements, craft analytics strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships across industries. You will work with Mastercard Advisors’ client services, data and services teams to deliver impactful insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key requirements include an undergraduate degree in a data analytics field, proficiency in Python/R/SQL/SAS, and strong communication in English

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data and analytics projects for business intelligence and/or predictive analytics.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS).
• Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken English and local language.
• Eligible to work in the country and for travel visas as needed.

• Lead client engagements across industries and project statements.
• Develop analytics strategies and programs leveraging data and technology.
• Manage relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda and change readiness.
• Guide teams to deliver insights and recommendations and present to clients.
• Collaborate with Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects and build intellectual capital.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior consultants.
