Formación

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Experience with IT/software development projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects within software development or product teams.
• Collaborate hands-on with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery.
• Identify risks, track progress, and report outcomes to clients and leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and work with client staff on implementation tasks.
