Modus Digital is seeking a Junior Digital Designer in Buenos Aires to contribute to websites and digital experiences, collaborating with a global team on client projects. You will learn from mentors while developing your design craft through day-to-day collaboration.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with cross‑functional teams, and grow in an environment that values curiosity, initiative, and clear communication. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least twice a month.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a Graphic Design degree.
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrates visual fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, composition and visual hierarchy for digital/website design.
• Interest in AI-powered design tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Located in Buenos Aires and willing to work from the office at least 2 times a month (hybrid).

Responsabilidades

• Take on additional creative responsibilities as you grow.
• Work with Modus project/account managers, engineers and team members as required.
• Report progress/updates and/or communicate with team members and clients as required.

A Junior Digital Designer is part of our Strategy & Experience Design department, and typically reports into an Associate Creative Director. You'll contribute to a variety of client work, while developing your design skills through day-to-day collaboration and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of websites, digital experiences, presentations, and brand assets.
• Collaborate with designers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

• Work cooperatively with Modus project and account managers, engineers, and other team members, as required
• Report progress/updates and/or communicate with other team members, project leads, and our clients, as required

Other duties related to the position that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy with a strong interest in digital & website design
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging design workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2). You should feel comfortable participating in video calls, understanding design feedback, and collaborating with teammates in English.
• You’re located in Buenos Aires and are willing to work from our office at least 2 times a month (hybrid schedule)
