EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina seeks a Senior Associate to join the Cyber Compliance Monitoring team supporting the Americas Data Protection Office. You will help monitor application compliance, review data and controls, and produce audit-ready status updates across U.S./Americas applications.

You will collaborate with owners and technology teams, analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and drive remediation progress in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance monitoring, IT governance or related areas.
• Experience with monitoring, reporting and control validation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and large datasets.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of application monitoring across the Americas portfolio with control indicators and evidence.
• Analyze large datasets to identify gaps, exceptions and risk indicators.
• Prepare dashboards and periodic updates for leadership visibility on monitoring status and remediation progress.
• Review monitoring results for accuracy and alignment with cybersecurity, compliance and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, technology teams and compliance contacts to resolve data queries and close actions.
• Support process improvements, automation opportunities and standardization of monitoring routines.
