BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Jr. Designer to create engaging, brand-aligned visuals for a global audience. You will translate briefs into clear communications across print, digital, and multimedia formats, collaborating with teams around the world.

You will build concepts using templates, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute ideas for new templates and methods while supporting video and social media work.

Formación

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, completed or in its final stages.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) through work or studies.
• A portfolio that demonstrates design skills, creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visuals.
• Advanced written and spoken English to communicate with international colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into clear visual solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret creative briefs and translate complex information into clear, engaging visual solutions.
• Create a wide range of materials, including banners, brochures, reports, infographics, presentations, animations and digital assets.
• Develop designs using existing templates and create bespoke solutions within global brand guidelines.
• Source and edit brand-compliant photography and visual assets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines and feedback.
• Work with designers across our global Centers, taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Review work regularly with the team to ensure quality, consistency and brand alignment.
• Contribute ideas for new templates, creative approaches and improvements to Design Services processes.
• Support video editing, social media and multimedia projects according to team requirements.

Your role and impact

As a Jr. Designer you will create engaging, brand-aligned visual solutions for colleagues and teams around the world.

What will help you succeed

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, completed or in its final stages.
• Regular experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, through professional work or studies.
• Advanced written and spoken English to communicate with international colleagues and stakeholders.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visual solutions.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is desirable.
• Exposure to video production, social media content or other multimedia formats will be valued.
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, UX or UI design is a plus, but not essential.
