BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the adoption of React across our Americas team and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. You will guide frontend projects from architecture to delivery, establish secure coding practices, and mentor engineers to build scalable, high‑quality applications.

The role requires strong React/TypeScript experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously within a globally distributed engineering

Formación

• 5+ years in software development.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading frontend projects or providing technical direction.
• Ability to contribute quickly and work autonomously.
• Experience integrating frontend with ASP.NET Core and .NET APIs.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with components libraries such as Material UI, Fluent UI, or Telerik React.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, OWASP best practices, and frontend security principles.
• Experience building accessible and high‑performance web applications.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

• Implement automated testing practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor developers and share frontend expertise across the broader engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX specialists, Architects, QA teams, and Backend Developers across regions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, while maintaining quality and security standards.

Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help drive the adoption and evolution of React within our global Software Engineering team.

Combining hands‑on development with technical leadership, you will guide frontend projects from architecture and design through delivery. You will establish development practices, champion secure coding principles, and help engineering teams build scalable, maintainable, and high‑quality applications.

Although you will join the Americas team, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions and contribute to the broader global development community.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience integrating frontend applications with ASP.NET Core and .NET APIs.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
