The role requires strong PM and business analysis capabilities, experience with AI-enabled solutions, and a proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Drive business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise SaaS applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business owners to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Support AI initiatives by coordinating projects involving AI-powered solutions, automation, and emerging technologies that create measurable business value.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, APIs, identity management, and data synchronization initiatives.
• Promote data governance best practices, supporting data quality, consistency, ownership, and lifecycle management across enterprise applications.
• Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, business requirements, and operational procedures.
• Apply Agile project management principles while adapting delivery methodologies to project complexity and business needs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve IT processes, project delivery, and user experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager reporting to the IT Director to lead strategic technology initiatives that improve business processes, modernize enterprise platforms, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with business analysis, process improvement, data governance, and a solid understanding of AI-enabled solutions and modern SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, workflow automation, and modern digital technologies.
• Experience working with system integrations, REST APIs, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and information lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading enterprise Human Resources technology implementations and business process transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, or data-driven transformation projects.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
