AgileEngine seeks a Client Partner to advise C-level and VP executives at large US enterprises. You will shape AI adoption initiatives, translate technology into business value, and oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams.

The role requires deep IT services consulting, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the US. Fluency in English and 5+ years of consulting experience in the US are essential.

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills translating tech to business value
• Experience in large enterprises and digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel availability

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception through execution. You will partner with clients to shape AI adoption initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and oversee account performance in close collaboration with delivery and engineering teams. The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the US.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations;
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives;
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach;
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.;
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value;
• Experience within large enterprise organizations, including participation in or leadership of digital transformation or modernization programs;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects;
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills;
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.
