EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join a digital transformation and data analytics team. You will design, develop and maintain BI solutions and business applications used by different business areas.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building dashboards with Power BI, developing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and efficiency.

Formación

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles.
• Experience in data modeling to structure and organize data for effective analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and organizing business data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business insights.
• Experience with Power Automate for streamlining and automating business workflows.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher.

The role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions and business applications used by different business areas.
