The candidate will apply senior-level investment banking know-how to evaluate real-world financial analyses and support AI training without requiring prior AI experience.

Responsibilities include building and refining Excel models, conducting target screening and comparable analyses, and preparing pitchbooks.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Associate or VP in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Investment Banking Expert

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
