JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Deal Services Analyst within Global Banking Deal Services to support relationship management and the execution of transactions across debt, equity, and mergers and acquisitions.

You will coordinate critical activities, maintain milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deal execution. You will build trusted relationships with deal teams, contribute to due diligence discussions, and monitor the deal pipeline while seeking

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with deal teams, supporting origination and execution across a portfolio of clients and sectors, including North America coverage
• Coordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones, including negative media reviews, ESG assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing readiness
• Participate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements, coordinate follow-up actions, and track completion through to closure
• Manage and monitor the deal pipeline, maintaining accurate status updates and milestone tracking
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction execution needs
• Provide end-to-end oversight support for underwriting committee approval processes, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up actions
• Partner with Wholesale Know Your Customer Operations to facilitate advisory activities for new and existing business
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administrative workload, and improve execution efficiency
• Monitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met on time, risks are escalated appropriately, and issues are addressed promptly

As a Deal Services Analyst in Global Banking Deal Services, you will partner with coverage and product teams to support relationship management activities and the execution of transactions across debt, equity, and mergers and acquisitions. You will help maintain control of key milestones, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to efficient and timely deal execution.

Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience and working knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or loans
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver against deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify issues and drive effective resolutions
• Track record of delivering timely, accurate, and dependable support to deal teams and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
