Job summary

Jan De Nul in Buenos Aires is seeking a Storekeeper to manage stores, yard and inventory for our dredging project. You will receive deliveries, stock spare parts and tools, and ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of materials.

Based in our Buenos Aires office, you will collaborate with mechanics, vessel crews and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires a logistics background or equivalent experience, strong Spanish and English communication, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Spanish and good English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong planning, organizing and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries; return defective items to suppliers.
• Store, pick, pack and label spare parts, tools and materials.
• Load/unload vessels and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Issue materials with proper documentation and track returns of tools.
• Keep inventory up to date in digital systems; perform stock checks.
• Report shortages and damages to Technical Site Coordinator.
• Prepare supply requests and work orders for equipment repairs.
• Maintain workshop administration, records and reports.
• Monitor waste streams and organise disposal.
• Keep stores, yard and containers clean and orderly.
