BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking an Automation Specialist, Process and Quality to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automations across Operations and Business Services.

You will leverage AI, RPA and workflow tools to deliver scalable solutions, while improving user experience and process efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform. Expect governance, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement of automations.

Formación

• Experience delivering automation end-to-end (requirements through deployment and support).
• Hands-on with UiPath, n8n, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and prototyping.
• Strong process analysis and stakeholder communication.

We are currently seeking an Automation Specialist, Process and Quality to join our team, driving the design and delivery of end-to-end automations that enhance efficiency, control, and customer experience across Operations and Business Services.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience delivering automation end-to-end (from requirements through deployment and support).
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as UiPath, n8n, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development, using prompts to accelerate prototyping and solution design.
• Strong process analysis and problem‑solving skills, including exception handling and control design.
• Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
