Deel is hiring an Information Security Analyst to lead security operations, detect and respond to threats, and optimize incident management. You will manage daily alerts, perform deep-dive investigations, and help strengthen Deel’s security posture across its global platforms.

You’ll design detection capabilities, drive proactive threat hunting, and collaborate with teams to safeguard information assets with a focus on quality, precision, and speed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SWG, DLP, CSPM, ZTNA, MDM, IdP.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST, CIS, and similar frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders on cyber security events/incidents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Stay up to date with latest security technologies and attack techniques.
• Experience with security assessments and configuration reviews.
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Comfortable with AI tools like Claude, Gemini and using MCP.
• Ability to write queries and scripting/programming.
• Excellent English in both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead incident response process and investigate events from security systems.
• Prioritize alerts based on risk and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Administer SIEM, including data ingestion, log management, and alert tuning.
• Tune detection rules to reduce noise and false positives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for security operations and incident playbooks.
• Engineer IoCs detection rules and perform threat hunting; set guardrails.
• Design, implement, and maintain security dashboards; report SOC performance.
