Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking an ABA Case Coordinator to ensure seamless client-therapist scheduling, authorization management, and service continuity across clinical operations and client services.

You will match RBTs/BTs to clients, optimize weekly/monthly staffing, monitor authorizations for Medicaid compliance, maintain audit-ready records in Zoho, and collaborate with BCBAs, intake, and families to keep sessions on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating scheduling and staffing in a healthcare/clinical setting.
• Ability to manage confidential data with high accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient with Zoho or similar EHR/CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Strong communication with families, therapists and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic scheduling: match therapists to clients based on location, availability and fit.
• Authorization & compliance: monitor approvals and renewals to avoid gaps.
• Cross-functional coordination: liaise with intake, BCBAs, families and clinicians.
• Data management: maintain real-time records and generate weekly utilization reports.
