As a key contributor, you’ll onboard quickly, coordinate interviews, and own client relationships, aiming for measurable success and continuous process improvement. Strong English and startup recruiting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills are mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a designated client portfolio.
• Onboard with the founder and senior staff; set up accounts and profiles.
• Own client portfolios and manage routine talent operations, including interview coordination and status updates.
