EY's Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team seeks an organized operator to support EYARC and other Corporate Responsibility initiatives. The role dedicates ~60% to EYARC content lifecycle, faculty engagement, and platform operations, with remaining time assisting CR and Sustainability programs.

Based in EY's Global Delivery Services LATAM, the person will manage high-volume workflows, maintain trackers, support webinars and events, and provide inbox support with template-driven

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting shared inboxes or program operations is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Comfort working in a structured, high-volume execution environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage EYARC content lifecycle and maintain trackers.
• Provide first-line faculty inbox triage using standard templates.
• Coordinate webinars, events, and newsletters and track participation.
• Support platform operations, site maintenance, and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, auditing readiness, and compliance tasks.
• Support sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives as needed.
