EY Global Delivery Services is seeking an IAM Analyst to join our security team in Buenos Aires. You will contribute to an IAM roadmap, manage complex AD environments, and support hybrid cloud, SSO, lifecycle management, and federation across multiple protocols.

You will work with a global, security-focused group dedicated to protecting EY and client information assets and enabling secure business operations worldwide.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure AD.
• Support Active Directory environment including user/group maintenance.
• Experience with elevated access and security requirements.
• Deliver accurate and timely responses to requests for related services.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook/Exchange.
• Knowledge of desktop environments, applications, Teams, network, servers.
• Document issue details and resolutions in the support tracking system.
• Time management to prioritize workload.
• Moderate consultative skill for core issue analysis and independent resolution.
• Strong English communication.
• Desire for process improvement and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as second and third tier technical support for customer account inquiries across environments.
• Conducts operation-level troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Performs root cause analysis and recommends improvements to IAM processes.
