Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead Security Technology Services cloud posture and workload protection initiatives across multi-cloud environments. You will own the product vision, roadmap and service operations, coordinating with strategy, engineering and ops to deliver secure, reliable capabilities.

You will engage with executives, manage backlog, define KPIs, SLAs, and runbooks, and drive continual improvement while balancing risk,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
5+ years in information security/cloud security/tech service management.
3+ years owning or managing security products/platforms.
Experience with CNAPP or cloud security posture platforms (Wiz/Defender/Aqua preferred).
Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and Kubernetes/serverless workloads.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle for cloud security posture and workload protection services.
Define customer outcomes and measurable value, linking roadmap investments to risk reduction and adoption.
Prioritize the product backlog using value, risk, strategy and delivery capacity.
Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories and release plans.
Lead customer discovery, POCs, pilots, launches and feedback loops to improve usability.
