Mindtech in Buenos Aires is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work across Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and leadership. This hands-on role blends solution design, AI, cloud, automation, and rapid prototyping to address technical challenges and strengthen engineering capabilities.

You will design and build internal tools, collaborate on architectural decisions, evaluate technologies for scalable solutions, and promote best practices to improve deployment, security, and reliability.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background and experience designing scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production environments.
• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, security, reliability, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to prototype solutions and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across technical and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build internal tools, AI-powered solutions, automation, and technical accelerators.
• Partner cross-functionally on technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and rapid prototyping.
• Evaluate technologies and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions for internal and client needs.
• Improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
• Define and promote engineering best practices and reusable solutions across teams.
• Drive engineering productivity through AI adoption, automation, and knowledge sharing.
