Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer for AI Developer Productivity (MTS) in Buenos Aires. Hybrid work arrangement and a focus on AI-assisted developer tools to improve engineering outcomes. You will ship full-stack features, design APIs, and contribute to secure, scalable software used by thousands of Salesforce engineers.

You will work with modern languages and toolchains, collaborating across teams to advance AI-enabled workflows and developer experiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience building production software, including full-stack apps, backend services, or internal platforms.
• Strong fundamentals and proficiency in at least one modern language; ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs, data stores, and service boundaries.
• Experience delivering features through design, implementation, testing, rollout, and production ownership.
• Understanding of data structures, API design, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
• Ability to debug with logs/metrics and make thoughtful tradeoffs with guidance.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with engineers and product partners.
• AI-first approach to engineering using tools to move faster while maintaining quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, test, and ship full-stack features across internal developer‑productivity products.
• Build backend APIs, data models, ingestion flows, dashboards, and UX that connect AI tool usage to outcomes.
• Contribute to technical designs and translate requirements into incremental plans with guidance.
• Own production features by improving observability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Build high-quality, production-grade software with AI as a core part of development workflow.
• Create AI-enabled workflows that fit naturally into developers’ practices with safeguards.
