AppDirect, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the revenue team’s close and process improvements while collaborating with Accounting & Finance, Legal Sales, and Operations.

The role is hybrid, with one onsite day per week and four remote days, offering PTO, medical coverage, wellness refunds, English lessons, and participation in global/local events. The successful candidate will help shape how we recognize and report revenue across our growing marketplace business, contributing to

Formación

• 2+ years of revenue experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ARM system or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Review deals/sales orders in NetSuite to ensure deals are recorded and documented properly, and that documents are audit-ready.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal size.
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization to improve process efficiency and revenue accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in the revenue recognition and close processes.
• Assist with the external audit process and participate in cross-functional ad hoc projects.
