AppDirect is seeking an accounting professional to join a small team in a hybrid role. You’ll manage routine maintenance tasks and participate in project work to improve processes.

The position offers weekly onsite presence and four days remote, plus PTO, medical cover for you and dependents, wellness reimbursements, English lessons, and event participation. Competenze

• Completed or actively pursuing CPA designation.
• 2+ years accounting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills expected.

Mansioni

• Record all accounting transactions in the system and platforms.
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidations.
• File tax-related items (sales/franchise taxes).
• Assist during audits by providing samples and communicating with auditors.
• Participate in AR and AP processes, vendor/customer setup, and cash flow tracking.
• Process new sales orders and contract setups.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests.
