Kansas City Clinic Advisors in Buenos Aires is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to provide essential front‑office support for a US healthcare facility. You will handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, billing questions, and insurance verification, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

The role is hybrid (Buenos Aires office 1 day) and full‑time, with US CST hours, offering social security and health insurance.

Formación

• Healthcare experience in clinics, medical offices, or hospitals.
• Fluent English (C1+), strong verbal communication.
• Proficient phone communication with customers/patients.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments coordinating provider availability.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries, explaining balances and payment options.
• Explain insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and benefits to patients.
• Perform insurance verification and explain financial responsibility when appropriate.
• Process and follow up on prior authorizations as needed.
• Document patient interactions and updates in the EHR system.
• Handle general medical administrative tasks and daily clinic operations.
