The Clorox Company in Argentina is seeking an experienced R&D professional to lead projects from concept to commercialization. You will collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to develop and optimize cleaning products and utensils for the AMEA region, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.

You will apply data-driven decision making, design experiments using DOE, and drive successful technology transfer and product launches while navigating regulatory and QA

Formación

• 2+ years in multinational consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience designing and evaluating lab/pilot-scale experiments

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from concept to launch with cross-functional teams
• Translate consumer needs into technical specifications and processing standards
• Design and execute technical testing, develop new test methods as needed
• Lead technical risk assessments and data-driven decision making
