You will work across Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent, Reward and Talent Acquisition, delivering operational HR support and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Buenos Aires.

• Support HR strategy and KPI reporting for line managers.
• Execute HR processes and tools to meet HR function objectives.
• Assist in Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent and Rewards initiatives.
• Provide business partner support and data-driven insights.
