Accenture in Argentina is seeking an HR V&A Market Practitioner to support due diligence and HR integration across acquisitions. You will work with deal teams, HR leaders, and stakeholders to design and implement talent-focused solutions, drive integration planning, and ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives across the deal lifecycle.

The role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder management, and collaboration with Global and local HR teams to shape total rewards and people policies within M&A

Formación

• Fluent in English and Portuguese required.
• Strong analytics/Excel experience preferred.
• Experience across HR programmes and people processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage due diligence data validation approaches.
• Assess talent trends and risks and influence integration decisions.
• Develop HR integration solutions and plan for HR processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding for acquired employees and capture learnings.
