Marriott International’s Sheraton brand in Buenos Aires seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room cleaning quality, coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry, and resolve room discrepancies.

The role supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff, while upholding safety and company policies. Excellent guest service and team coordination are essential.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and scheduling.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
