Marriott International’s Sheraton property in Buenos Aires is seeking a Guest Room Attendant Supervisor to ensure quality standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve discrepancies and communicate room changes.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to safety and guest service excellence within a non-management team environment.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update statuses.
• Assist Housekeeping management in coordinating daily activities across departments.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments; document and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; report hazards or injuries.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and POS systems.
