You will work with stakeholders across patient support, operations, and clinical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements, driving initiatives from concept to delivery in a startup-like

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management.
• Experience with consumer-facing products, preferably in healthcare or medical device space.
• Experience with CRM, communications platforms, or customer support programs is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset suitable for startup environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and improve internal processes and systems for task management and patient communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into concrete product requirements.
• Drive execution of product initiatives from concept to delivery, aligning with patient experience goals.
• Support development and maintenance of mental health product offerings.
• Analyze how back-end workflows impact the end-to-end patient journey.
• Build roadmaps and detailed delivery plans to keep stakeholders informed on progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products and features.
