ZS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Techno-Functional professional to drive end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs. You will own the functional design of Salesforce Health Cloud components, align capabilities with business goals, and collaborate with architects to define data models and integrations.

You’ll also serve as the main liaison among business, IT, and delivery teams, conducting executive workshops to define KPIs and governance.

Formación

• 7+ years in Business Analysis or techno-functional roles, with 3+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience in pharma patient services, HUB operations, or oncology support.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and UX considerations.
• Excellent user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering projects with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for patient support programs.
• Own functional design of Health Cloud components aligning Salesforce with business goals.
• Collaborate with solution architects on data models and integrations.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and delivery; run executive workshops to define KPIs.
• Manage requirements lifecycle: epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog for sustainable delivery and traceability across SDLC.
• Lead KPI design, UAT planning, and risk mitigation across projects.
• Guide multi-market, multi-brand scalable solution design; ensure HIPAA, GDPR compliance.
