Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive healthcare IT and AI-powered clinical software projects from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and ensure clear communication across software engineering, product management, clinical specialists, and client operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare/IT/biotech.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Draft updates and liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute pre-read materials; document minutes and actions.
• Maintain project documentation repos and ensure templates and reports are up to date.
