Coface is seeking a Senior SSC Manager to lead the Shared Services Centre, driving strategy, governance, and transformation across HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Facilities. The role requires deep SSC/BPO expertise and strong stakeholder management to deliver value and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include defining the operating model, SLAs and KPI-driven performance, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to stabilize and scale the SSC.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading SSC/BPO operations.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SSC as senior operational owner with accountability for service delivery, performance and transformation.
• Define SSC strategy, governance and priorities; drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Facilities within the SSC.
• Establish governance routines, escalation mechanisms and service level agreements.
• Monitor KPIs, budget performance and risk, taking corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with Group and local stakeholders to align services with business needs.
