Félix is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Product & Retention Analytics Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. You will translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency while raising the analytical bar across the organization.

In this role, you will own the analytics roadmap, partner with Product, Operations, Growth, and Fintech teams, and build scalable dashboards and frameworks

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable narratives and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of analytical data professionals.
• Establish a clear analytical roadmap aligned with company and product priorities.
• Map KPIs, drivers, and relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured analytical questions and insights.
• Build scalable dashboards and tools to empower stakeholders to answer questions independently.
