Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Oncology) to lead global oncology projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs teams to meet milestones and protect project profitability.

The role requires strong budget management, extensive trial experience, and a global mindset. This is an opportunity to contribute to critical cancer therapies and work with top biotech and pharma partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, or science fields or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech.
• Budgeting and cost management on project level.
• Experience managing complex trials across multiple phases.
• Global project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oncology indications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure project milestones are met and budgets are controlled.
• Confirm alignment with Premier Research processes and procedures.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and chair team meetings.
• Assist in Business Development activities and proposal presentations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate future opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures
• Acts as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future

What We Are Searching For

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience required
• In depth therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Oncology indications
