Marathon Talent is seeking a Growth Manager to lead email and SMS programs for a portfolio of Growth Partner brands. You will own strategy, setup, migration, execution, and reporting, with a focus on growing lists and driving revenue.

The role requires building lifecycle programs, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with designers and performance agencies to scale email/SMS programs across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning full-lifecycle email programs for ecommerce brands.
• Experience with SMS program growth and compliant list growth.
• Proven track record of growing email programs with measurable metrics.
• Hands-on list growth tactics and partner collaboration with paid media.
• Deep knowledge of lifecycle automation and campaign calendar planning.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS growth strategy for a portfolio of Growth Partner brands.
• Build list growth plans using identity resolution, pop-ups, top bars, and exit intent.
• Plan promotional calendars and send cadence, scale with engagement growth.
• Coordinate with performance agencies to ensure paid traffic is captured and converted.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and set up complete lifecycle programs.
