Job summary

CrucialLogics Inc. is seeking a results-driven B2B marketing lead to scale its Secure Managed Service offering built on Microsoft tooling. You will own funnel strategy, nurture workflows, and drive demand through content, SEO and LinkedIn.

You will collaborate with the CRO and SEO specialist to optimize conversion paths, measure growth, and adapt messaging for a predominantly remote, North America and LATAM audience. The role offers remote work with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, with at least two owning a funnel.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services or an adjacent technical category.
• Verifiable growth success with a documented funnel.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands-on with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot referenced).
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Define offers and positioning to explain why a client should switch or invest in security.
• Own nurture sequences, lead scoring and follow-ups from first contact to booked call.
• Grow qualified traffic via content, organic search and LinkedIn, and optimize site conversions.
• Create content and creative, including comparison pages, pricing explainers, and simple visuals.
• Develop LinkedIn presence to drive site traffic.
