ARQ is seeking a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead growth initiatives, represent the company locally, and own the country’s acquisition and branding P&L. You will collaborate with global teams, translate insights into strategy, and drive campaigns that resonate with the local audience.

You will manage a growing Buenos Aires hub, build a local team, partner network, and execute ATL campaigns while aligning with global growth objectives. English and Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting or bulge bracket investment bank, plus senior operating roles at a high-growth tech company.
• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behaviour.
• Structured problem-solving with clear communication.
• Ability to coordinate external partners and manage multiple relationships.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can lead end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Act as ARQ’s primary representative in Argentina and build ARQ’s presence and brand in the market, including PR and earned media.
• Own local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization and improved unit economics.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers and affiliates.
• Drive Above-The-Line (ATL) efforts, including TV, OTT, OOH, radio, and other mass media.
• Collaborate with global performance marketing and creative teams to ensure brand localization across channels.
• Build scalable processes to support long-term growth, and hire, develop and lead the local team over time.
• Influence the local product roadmap by identifying growth unlocking features.
