Binance is seeking a Growth Lead in Argentina to strategize and execute regional marketing campaigns, localize global initiatives, and drive user growth through paid, organic, and event channels. You will partner with teams to map user journeys, improve funnel performance, and manage partnerships to scale reach in Argentina.

The role requires a strong crypto interest, 5+ years in marketing, and a self-starter mindset with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced industries.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
• Execution-oriented with drive and scrappiness to deliver.
• University degree relating to Marketing is a plus.
