Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of digital design experience, strong UX/UI skills, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design aesthetic and typography/layout for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication about design.
• UX/UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Experience building data-backed designs.
• Explain digital design concepts to clients and how designs will function.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Omnichannel design experience including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Advertising/Graphic Design.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities
