AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel campaigns. You will work with in-house and freelance designers, mentor juniors, and advise clients on best practices to ensure top-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes strong UX/UI design, cross-channel creativity, and the ability to articulate design decisions to clients while managing timelines and project scope.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or similar discipline.
• 3–5 years digital design experience; prior agency experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Webflow is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; not required to code.
• Strong visual design with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and imagery for web/mobile.
