The Ridge is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to lead digital campaign visuals across web and retention channels. You will drive concepting, layout and asset creation using Figma, with close collaboration to the Senior Art Director, Creative Director, photographer, and marketing teams.

We value a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to move work quickly while maintaining craft and brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design for DTC e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and developer handoff.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design principles for online platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and cross‑functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production and visual development of digital campaigns across web and retention channels.
• Design concepts and assets for promotional launches, holidays, and seasonal initiatives.
• Execute in Figma—build layouts, components, and collaborate in real-time with team.
• Prepare mockups and final assets for e-commerce pages, emails, paid pages, and banners.
• Maintain organized design files with version control and consistent typography/color.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other teams to align messaging and design.
