Lago is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our HireLago Talent Marketplace team. This remote role supports marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and brand communications with on-brand visuals.

You will translate briefs into compelling assets, collaborate with marketing and content teams, and ensure consistency across all channels. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are required. The position offers flexible remote work across regions.

Formación

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Strong portfolio across digital formats.
• Understanding typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media, ads, email, and web.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design a wide range of visual assets for social media, ads, emails, landing pages, and branding.
• Translate briefs into high-quality concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand identity across all outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and video editors.
• Iterate based on feedback, testing results, and performance data.
• Organize and maintain an asset library for team access.
• Stay current with design trends and platform best practices.
