EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Go-to-Market Content Development Specialist (Assistant Director) to source, develop and activate high-quality assets aligned with client growth priorities in a fast-paced environment in CABA.

You will apply governance, leverage GenAI, collaborate across functions, and contribute to the CoE's content strategy, ensuring accessible, impactful content for sales and pipeline growth.

Formación

• Hands-on experience delivering content that drives measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise across the content lifecycle including planning, sourcing, creation, and curation.
• Ability to align content initiatives with business priorities and client issues.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage and execute end-to-end content development initiatives aligned with client growth priorities.
• Curate and activate go-to-market content and experiences to ensure they are relevant, intuitive and easily accessible for client servers.
• Contribute to shaping the CoE products and services, elevating ideas for improvement, optimization and growth of capabilities.
• Collaborate across Clients & Industries and partner functions to support content development and refinement.
• Apply governance standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
• Use GenAI and analytics tools to enhance content creation and optimize performance.
• Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture that supports growth and development for all members.
