Qualifications

• 8+ years in web production or digital content operations.
• Experience leading global, high-volume authoring, QA, localization, and publishing.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a matrixed enterprise.
• Experience designing, piloting, and scaling federated content production models.

Responsibilities

• Lead global web content operations spanning production, QA, localization, translation, publishing readiness, and delivery performance.
• Own production intake, routing, capacity planning, sequencing, approvals, SLAs and content lifecycle.
• Establish ownership, plans, cadences and quality controls for publish-ready content.
• Govern federated authoring and publishing, including training and access governance.
• Define production requirements for AEM roles, workflows, and routing; collaborate with tech teams.
• Set standards for reusable content, templates, metadata and localized variants.
• Define global KPIs for quality, cycle time, localization, cost and health; drive improvements.
