Hired is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, supplier relationships, and inventory optimization across regions. The role requires leading strategies, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to drive cost reductions.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production to align forecasts with demand, manage inventories, and improve efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.

Formación

• Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
• Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization tools is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost structures, and risk factors.
• Knowledge of logistics operations including transportation management and customs compliance.
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles in supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess holding costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to align on demand forecasts.
