Job summary

IQVIA Argentina is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager – Sponsor Dedicated to lead end-to-end local trial management across the country. You will oversee progress, ensure recruitment targets, and coordinate with sponsors to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory practices, and experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with ability to travel as needed and communicate effectively in English and local language.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• Degree in a health or science related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of local/regional trial management experience.
• Experience as Clinical Research Associate.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs and local regulations.
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay.
• Fluent in country language and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage local trial(s) end-to-end from start-up through closeout.
• Adhere to Sponsor SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare or contribute to high level budget estimates and manage ESP contracts.
• Act as primary country contact and monitor progress against timelines and recruitment targets.
• Develop local trial procedures and tools, recruitment planning, and risk management.
• Assist inHealth Authority inspections and internal quality audits.
