Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Specialist, Site Contracts to develop, negotiate, and finalize Site Agreements and related documents with clinical research sites. You will oversee budgets, translation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires strong contract negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and regulatory affairs in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, science, or a related field.
• Proficient in negotiating contract terms with clinical sites and vendors.
• Strong ability to identify contract issues and resolve disputes efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare country contract templates and drafting Site Agreements for negotiations.
• Negotiate contract language and budgets with sites to finalization/execution.
• Review Site Agreements for completeness and accuracy; ensure proper appendices.
• Coordinate with regulatory, legal, and study teams; manage contract timelines.
