Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator to manage orders and international shipments from entry to delivery. This fully remote role supports Latin American operations with coordination across customers, warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in international trade or logistics, strong professional English, and meticulous attention to detail for handling multiple shipments and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, shipping operations.
• Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
• Experience with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and/or NVOCCs.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Strong professional English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Manage carrier bookings, cut-offs, and vessel schedules with freight forwarders and ocean carriers/NVOCCs.
• Prepare international shipping documentation (BOL, COA, CI, PL) and export declarations.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Onboard new customers and maintain accurate information.
• Resolve delays and operational issues proactively.
